Requirements:

• 1+ year experience working with youth
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 48+ college units or SBUSD Proficiency Exam
  
  

  SUMMARY

  The Program Enrichment Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality enrichment activities for students participating in the Extended Learning Program at assigned school sites. This position provides engaging, hands-on learning experiences in areas such as arts, STEM, sports, and other enrichment programming that supports student development, creativity, and participation.

  When enrichment classes are not in session, the Program Enrichment Specialist will transition into the role of After School Program Group Leader, providing supervision, structured activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
